GCHD Mk-11 INSTALLATION
GCHD Mk-ll only operates on
GameCubes with the model
number DOL-OOI (first gen).
Make sure your GameCube has the
digital AV out port as shown in the
diagram on the right,

General Set Up Instructions
Step 1: Firmly plug GCHD Mk-ll into both digital and analog AV ports.
Step 2: Attach desired cables (HDMI or Wii Component/SCART) from
GCHD Mk-ll to yourTV.
Step 3: Attach power supply to GameCube.
Enabling Progressive Scan Mode (480pmode)
Step 4: Hold "B" while booting games to enable Progressive Scan Mode
when available.
Step 5: Enjoy lagless HD play in the highest native resolution possible on
the original hardware.
IR SENSOR INSTRUCTIONS
Further customize your experience
with the GCHD Mk-li's IR menu. Use
any universal IR remote to access this
feature.
IR Remote Set Up Instructions
Try your universal IR remote in DVD or Blu-ray mode for better connectivity.
Step 1: Power on console with your new GCHD Mk-ll firmly plugged in.
Step 2: Press and hold the IR activation button on your GCHD Mk-II.
Step 3: Using the on screen prompts, pair your universal IR remote to
control the on screen menu.
Step 4: Adjust on screen settings to your liking, including adding scan
lines and line doubling!
Wii U Remote Set Up Instructions
Did you know you can sync your Wii U Gamepad to your GCHD Mk-ll ?
Stepl: In yourWiiU, go to settings >TVOnly> US Logic (signal type 1)
Step 2: Point the IR sensor on the Gamepad and use the face buttons,
D-pad, or even the touch screen to control the IR menu.
EXCLUSIVE Mk-ll FEATURES
A) Analog & Optical Digital Audio
Your new Mk-ll includes a 3.5 mm jack with analog and optical digital audio
output. Simply connect any 3.5 mm auxiliary cable or a Mini TOSLINK
optical fiber connector for direct audio output from your GameCube.
With EON's custom firmware, the GCHD Mk-ll is the most comprehensive
solution for your GameCube audio and video needs. Ever.
B) Wii Component & SCART port
The Mk-ll also supports a high quality analog video output in the form of
YPbPr or RGB. To use, simply plug in a Wii Component or Scart cable.
Supported Video Formats: Ypbpr, RGBS, RGsB
^CAUTION: Upgradeable Firmware
The GCHD Mk-ll firmware is upgradeable via SPI. However, we do not advise
this and if you choose to attempt a firmware change, this will void your
